- Preheat the oven to 425ºF. degrees. Lightly oil the oven-proof sheet tray. Cut the potatoes in quarters lengthwise, then place them on the sheet tray. Drizzle with a bit more oil and a sprinkling of salt and pepper, and mix well. Place in the hot oven for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time. Remove when browned and crisp. Place the Slider Rolls in the oven for 1-2 minutes to warm slightly before plating.
- Place the ground beef in a medium bowl with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, then mix well. Form four slider burger patties approximately 1/2-inch thick.
- Place 2 teaspoons of oil into the medium sauté pan on medium-high heat. Preheat for 2-3 minutes, then delicately place the burgers in the pan and cook for 2-4 minutes per side. (Turn down the burner temperature as needed.) It is recommended to cook ground beef to a minimum of 160ºF.
- Reduce the burner to low heat. Cut the cheese slices into 1/4's and place 2 slices on each burger. Cover the pan with the lid (or aluminum foil) for 1 minute to melt the cheese. Uncover, then remove the pan from the burner. Please turn off the heating elements.
- To assemble the burgers, place the lettuce leaves on the bottom bun and then top it with the burger patty. Top with pickles, ketchup, and BBQ Chipotle Sauce (#1). Serve the roasted potatoes with the BBQ sauce or ketchup on the side. Dig In!
