Overview
Succulent strips of seasoned beef with a crisp romaine, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and tangy feta cheese. Accompanied by warm pita bread on the side for a delightful Mediterranean twist. Finished with a creamy tzatziki dressing for a burst of refreshing flavor.
Cooking instructions
- Place the large sauté pan over medium-high heat and preheat for 4 minutes. Add the Pita Bread and heat until warm and slightly crisp. Remove from the pan and cut into 6-8 triangles. Set aside until plating.
- Put the saute pan back over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Heat the oil for 1 minute. Remove the Greek marinated beef from the package and gently place it in the hot pan. Sauté for 4-5 minutes.
- When ready to serve, Wash and dry the Grape Tomatoes and Cucumbers, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. In a mixing bowl, toss the cut grape tomatoes, cucumbers, and Romaine with the desired amount of Greek Vinaigrette. Top with the cooked beef and Feta Cheese. Enjoy the warm pita bread and Tzatziki Sauce on the side.
