OVEN DIRECTIONS: Preheat the oven to 300ºF. Remove the pork ribs from the package. Pat dry then rub the spice blend on all sides of the meat. Place the ribs on the sheet tray then pour in a 1/2 to 3/4 cups of water based on the size of the tray. Wrap the top of the tray in aluminum foil. Place the tray in the hot oven to steam the ribs for 1 hour and 45 minutes. While the ribs are cooking, prepare the salad in step 2 above. After the hour and 45 minutes, remove the ribs from the oven and carefully remove the foil (hot steam will release). The meat should be very tender at this point though cooking times may vary. Return to oven as needed. Serving options: 1) Brush the ribs with the bourbon peach BBQ sauce then broil or grill until slightly caramelized. 2) Served the cooked ribs with the BBQ sauce on the side.
