Overview
Our house-made mild green chili sauce goes over Angus ground beef and black bean filled corn tortillas (LOCAL!). Topped with freshly shredded cheddar, Monterrey Jack and cotija cheeses then baked to perfection. Served with a refreshing chopped cucumber and tomato salad with creamy avocado ranch dressing.
