- Place the large pot on high heat with 8 cups of water. Bring to a boil then stir in the ramen noodles. Return to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain in the colander and rinse with cold water. Set aside until Step 5.
- Wash the cilantro, fresno pepper, and lime. Rough chop the cilantro, slice the fresno pepper, cut the lime into wedges. Peel, if needed, and then dice the red onion. Set aside until Step 5.
- Add the birria beef and consume to the large saute pan or pot and warm over medium heat. Once the beef and consume are hot, add the ramen noodles and heat for 30 seconds.
- Divide the noodles, beef, and consume between 2 bowls. Garnish as desired with the chopped cilantro, diced onion, lime wedges, Fresno pepper slices, cabbage, and chili crisp for added spice. Grab some chop sticks then dig in!
