- Preheat the oven to 350 F. In the large bowl, combine the oatmeal dry mix, blueberry lemon and the milk egg blend. Stir to mix well.
- Grease the bottom and sides of the casserole dish (or oven proof skillet). Pour the oatmeal casserole into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes then remove from the oven and spread the crumble topping across pan. Return to the oven for 14-18 minutes, until the crumble is golden and the oats are firm. Turn all heating elements. Let the casserole cool for a minimum of 5 minutes prior to cutting.
- To serve, place a piece of warm baked oatmeal onto each plate. Topped with a scoop of maple yogurt. Enjoy!
