Cook your hamburgers on the grill or in a sauté pan as desired.
Recommended Cooking Directions: Place the ground beef into a medium bowl. Form 2 burger patties approximately a 1/2 inch thick. Season both sides of the beef patties with salt and pepper. Cook each side on a hot grill or preheated sauté pan with oil for 2-3 minutes per side. Once flipped over, top with cheddar cheese. If using the grill, lower the heat and close the lid for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese. If using a sauté pan, lower heat and put a lid on the pan for 1-2 minutes.
Crisp the brioche rolls on the grill or in a toaster. Turn off all appliances.
While the burgers cook, chop the potatoes and celery and mix with the potato salad dressing.
To assemble, top your burger with lettuce and tomato. Serve with a side of potato salad, and enjoy.
