Peel the outer layer of the Red Onion as needed. Chop the red onion, Baby Romaine, Grape Tomatoes, and Pepperoncini Peppers into bite sized pieces. Place the chopped vegetables into the mixing bowl along with the Provolone Cubes and Salami Cubes. Add in the Italian Vinaigrette and mix well.
