Place a large sauté pan on medium-high heat. Add 2–3 teaspoons of oil (enough to fully coat the bottom of the pan) and preheat for 2–4 minutes. Carefully spread the braised pork in the pan, mix in the Prefare Banh Mi Spice, and let cook for 2–3 minutes without stirring. Once the pork starts to crisp slightly on the bottom, stir and cook for another 2–3 minutes, or until hot.
While the pork is cooking, prepare the broccoli salad. Wash and dry the broccoli florets, then cut into 1/2-inch pieces. Place them in a medium bowl and toss with the ginger miso dressing. Taste and add salt and pepper as desired.
Once the pork is hot, remove it from the pan and place it on a plate. Slice the bread lengthwise and place the cut side down in the sauté pan. Return the pan to the burner and toast the inside of the roll for 2–3 minutes. Turn off all heating elements.
To make the sandwich, spread the Sriracha aioli on the inside of each piece of bread. Pile on the pork and pickled veggies. Cut the sandwich in half and plate it with the broccoli salad on the side. Enjoy!
