We include the spice blend, BBQ sauce, and garlic butter, so you can customize your meal as you like. Garlic butter is great on steak and shrimp, BBQ is great with shrimp and chicken, and the spice blend is perfect with all three. It's your call!
Tomahawk ribeyes can be a little tricky to prepare. We HIGHLY recommend using a meat thermometer to ensure you do not overcook this beauty!
Please let the tomahawk sit at room temperature for 1-2 hours before cooking. Recommended cooking method: Preheat oven to 375ºF. Using high heat, preheat your outdoor grill or a sauté pan (preferably cast iron if you have it). Place the steak on the hot grill or sauté pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side. This is your time to develop that nice charred crust. Move the steak to the oven for approximately 5-10 minutes, depending on desired doneness. For medium rare, pull the steak out when it temps at 130ºF. Let the steak rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting.
