Ovenable aluminum tray can be cooked frozen or thawed. Remove plastic lid prior to cooking. Once thawed, cook as per directions within 3 days.

Place the meal on the sheet pan then place in the hot oven for 60 minutes. Take out of the oven and carefully remove the foil (hot steam may be released).
