- Wash and dry the Broccoli Florets. Cut into bite sized pieces and set aside for use in step 3.
- Place the large sauté pan on medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of high heat oil to the pan (peanut, canola, sunflower or soy oil recommended). Preheat for 3-4 minutes until the oil is very hot. Carefully add the Vegetable Fried Rice, spreading it in a thin layer across the bottom of the pan. Cook without stirring for 1-2 minutes. Once the bottom of the rice begins to crisp and brown, stir, and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes more. Remove from heat and set aside until plating.
- Place the medium sauté pan on medium-high heat. Add 2 teaspoons of oil and preheat for 3-4 minutes until the pan is very hot. Carefully spread the Shaved Beef in the pan and cook for 2 minutes without stirring. Now stir in the broccoli florets. Sauté the meat and broccoli for 2-3 more minutes, add the Beef & Broccoli Sauce and simmer for an additional 1-2 minutes then remove from the burner. Turn off all heating elements.
- Divide the vegetable fried rice and beef & broccoli between 2 plates and dig into this stir fry delight!
