- Place the medium sauté pan on medium-high heat. Add 2-3 teaspoons of oil. Preheat for 3 minutes then carefully place the Greek diced chicken in the pan. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked. It is recommended to cook poultry to an internal temperature of 165ºF.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the Greek salad. Wash and dry the tomato and cucumber (peel the cucumber as desired). Cut both into bite-sized pieces and place in the medium bowl. Add the Greek salad dressing #1, feta cheese and olives, and mix well. Add salt and pepper as desired.
- Lastly, warm the pita bread in the toaster or oven until hot and soft. Turn off all heating elements.
- Suggested serving: spread a spoonful of Tzatziki sauce onto the warm bread then top with a few pieces of cooked chicken. Add a portion of the Greek salad then fold and eat!
