- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Remove the plastic lid, cover with foil, and place in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- While the enchiladas are cooking, place the green chile enchilada sauce into a bowl of warm water to defrost.
- Now remove the pan from the oven. Pour the green chile sauce over the enchiladas and sprinkle the Mexican cheese on top. Stir the rice then recover the pan with foil and return the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes. It is recommended to cook the enchiladas to an internal temperature of 165ºF.
