- Remove pastries and frostings from the freezer and set at room temperature for 60 minutes. Move rack to middle level of the oven. Pre-heat oven to 375ºF. Lightly oil the bottom of the oven proof pan(s), or line with parchment paper.
- Place the croissants and cinnamon rolls on the tray, spacing 1-inch apart. Bake in the hot oven for 20 minutes, or until the croissants and cinnamon rolls are browned and crisp. Let cool for a minimum of 8 minutes. Top with the cream cheese frosting. Or put some on your plate and dip the pastries!!!
- Chef's Tip: If you are good at planning ahead, moving the croissants to the refrigerator the night before will result in an even flakier pastry!
