Preheat oven to 400 F.
Put the beef chili into the large pot. Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, or until hot.
While the soup is cooking, place the jalapeno cheddar biscuits on the sheet pan and then into the preheated oven. Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until the biscuits are crispy. Turn off all heating elements.
Divide the chili between two bowls. Top with sour cream and cheddar cheese if desired. Enjoy the biscuits on the side and dig in!
