Cut the bacon strips into 1/4 to 1/2 inch squares, depending on the size you want. Place a small saute pan on the stove and add the chopped bacon pieces in a single layer. Cook the bacon until it reaches your preferred level of crispiness. Cut the tomatoes and romaine into bite-sized pieces. Cut the hard-boiled eggs into halves or quarters. Mix the romaine, carrots, and tomatoes with half of the dressing. Place in shallow bowls. Sprinkle on bacon bits and blue cheese, then arrange the cut eggs around the side. Drizzle on more dressing as desired.
