Cooking instructions
Prep the corn: Fold the husk of each corn back leaf by leaf. Lightly brush with oil or butter.
Grill the corn on the cob: Heat a grill to cook the corn. Grill the corn, turning occasionally, until it is browned in spots, 3-4 minutes on each side, making sure it doesn’t stick to the grill grates. When it is fully roasted, set it aside on a large platter. Split the street corn butter into equal pieces and spread across the warm corn.
Oven directions: Preheat your oven to 400°F. Husk the corn and remove any remaining silk.
Spread each ear of corn generously with the Street Corn Butter, ensuring all sides are well coated. Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil, sealing the edges to create a packet.
Place the foil-wrapped corn on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 25 minutes, turning once halfway through. Carefully remove the corn from the foil and serve immediately.
