Recommended Cooking Directions for Grill or Stovetop: Remove the pesto chicken from the packet. Cook on a medium-temperature grill or on a preheated sauté pan (with oil and medium heat) for 2-3 minutes per side. Once flipped over, spoon on the sun-dried tomato jam, followed by the prosciutto ham and mozzarella cheese. If using the grill, lower the heat and close the lid for 1-3 minutes to melt the cheese. If using a sauté pan, lower the heat and put a lid on the pan for 1-3 minutes. Once the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is melted, please turn off all heating elements.
