- Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Lightly oil the oven-proof tray. Cut the roasted potatoes in quarters, lengthwise, then place the cut side down on one half of the tray. Wash the broccoli and cut into bite-size pieces. Place in the medium bowl with 1 tablespoon of oil and a generous sprinkling of salt and pepper. Mix well, then spread on the other side of the tray. Roast the potatoes and broccoli in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking process. Remove from oven when tender.
- Once the vegetables are in the oven, remove the steaks from the package and pat dry. Rub a thin layer of vegetable oil on both sides, then sprinkle with 2-3 teaspoons of Prefare Steak Rub. (Use less Steak Rub for lower sodium diets or omit.)
- Place the medium sauté pan on medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Add 2-3 teaspoons of high-heat cooking oil and heat for 1 more minute. The pan should be very hot before you put the meat in for proper browning. Carefully place the seasoned steaks in the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the meat and your desired wellness (longer cooking times are needed for medium to medium-well steaks). Turn off all heating elements.
- To plate your meal, divide the potatoes, broccoli, and garlic aioli dip between two plates. Add a steak and then top it with the compound butter. Enjoy this French classic!
