Hold it under refrigeration and cook it within 4 days of receipt. If not using right away, freeze it and thaw it in the refrigerator for 24 hours prior to cooking.
Oven Directions: Roast in a preheated 425ºF oven on an oiled sheet pan for 35-45 minutes. Flip the wings over halfway through cooking time. It is recommended to cook poultry to 165ºF internal temperature. It is also great on the grill!
Air Fryer Directions: Preheat to 400ºF. Spread wings in a tray. Air fry for 30 minutes, flipping the wings over halfway through the cooking time. Depending on the size of your air fryer, cook in multiple batches.
