Each kit contains: 4 each, five ounce all natural chicken breasts; 1 each, ten ounce pack of Angus 80/20 ground beef; 2 each, six ounce Pacific salmon fillets. Please place in your freezer upon receipt and thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours prior to use. ALLERGENS: FISH
