- Preheat oven to 400 F. In a large oven proof skillet or casserole dish, combine the dry elbow macaroni pasta, cream sauce and 3 tablespoons of water then mix well. Wrap tightly with foil and place into the preheated oven. Check the mac & cheese after about 25 minutes. Cook until the pasta is tender, but not mushy.
- In the medium mixing bowl, combine the slaw mix and slaw dressing. Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside until plating.
- While the mac & cheese is baking, preheat the medium saute pan over medium heat. Carefully place the pulled pork and the Peach Bourbon BBQ sauce into the pan . Cook for 4-5 minutes or until warm.
- To serve, divide the mac and cheese between 2 plates, top with Pulled Pork. Place the slaw on the side and Enjoy!
