Our local restaurant partner, El Pollo Feliz, has created a hand crafted and authentic chicken mole dish just for Prefare customers! This rich, complex sauce gets paired with moist chicken legs and thighs, seasoned yellow Mexican rice, creamy pinto beans and corn tortillas (of course!) Simply pop in the oven to heat then eat.
