- Move a rack to the bottom level of the oven. Pre-heat oven to 375ºF. Lightly oil the bottom and sides of the ovenproof casserole dish. Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave to soften for 30 seconds.
- Spread half of the chicken rice filling down the center of each tortilla then fold into a burrito. Place each, seam side down, into the prepared casserole dish then place in the hot oven for 12 minutes.
- Remove the casserole dish from the oven then pour the green chile sauce over the burritos. Sprinkle on the cheese blend and return to the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the sauce is hot and the cheese is melted. It is recommended to reheat the chicken to an internal temperature of 165ºF.
- To serve your happy chicken meal: Place one burrito on each plate then spoon on any extra sauce. Top with a spoonful of crema then fiesta!
