Smoky Corn and Sweet Potato Chowder

Easy to prep and cook either stove top or in an Instant Pot, this soup will be a sure winner for the whole family. Tender roasted corn, sweet potatoes, carrots and onion are combined in a creamy broth seasoned with smoked paprika and garlic. Garnished with crunchy herb focaccia croutons for the win! Yields 2 quarts of soup.
