- If no toaster is available, preheat the oven to 375ºF in preparation for making the garlic bread. Wash and dry the broccoli florets, then cut them into 1/2-inch pieces. In a medium bowl, add the broccoli, salad dressing, and cranberry sunflower seed blend. Mix well, then set aside until plating.
- Cut the ciabatta roll in half. Cook in oven or toaster to desired crispiness, then spread the garlic butter on the cut sides of the bread.
- Remove the steak tips from the package and pat dry. Season with half of the Prefare Steak Spice. (For a lower salt option, use less or omit.) Place the medium sauté pan over a medium-high heat burner and preheat for 3 minutes. Now add 2 teaspoons of oil and heat for 1 more minute. Carefully add the steak tips to the pan and cook for 2 minutes WITHOUT moving them. (This creates a great sear!) Stir the steak tips and cook for 2-4 minutes more based on desired doneness. Add more Steak Rub or salt and pepper at service as desired. Turn off all heating elements.
- Place one piece of garlic bread on each plate to plate the plate, then top it with half of the beef tips. Serve the broccoli salad on the side, and enjoy!
