Preheat oven to 400 F. Cut the ciabatta in half and toast in the oven for 3-4 minutes. Once hot, spread with the garlic butter.
Place the medium pot on high heat with 4 cups of water and a 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Once boiling, add the fresh pasta and cook for 3-4 minutes. Reserve a 1/4 cup of cooking liquid then drain well.
In the large saute pan, warm the alfredo sauce over medium heat. When the sauce is hot, stir the pasta and the reserved water. Turn off all heating elements.
To serve, divide the pasta between two plates. Add the parmesan cheese and basil and enjoy some garlic bread on the side!
