Ovenable aluminum tray can be cooked frozen or thawed. Remove plastic lid prior to cooking. Once thawed, cook as per directions within 3 days.
OVEN DIRECTIONS FOR FROZEN MEAL: Preheat the oven to 400 F. Remove the plastic lid then cover the ovenable tray with foil. Place the meal on the sheet pan then place in the hot oven for 50 minutes. Take out of the oven and carefully remove the foil (hot steam may be released). Return the uncovered tray on the sheet pan to the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until hot. It is recommended to reheat to 145 F. Cooking times will vary.
